Noel Gallagher - 'Who Feels Love?' was written in Thailand. When i packed up my gear and decided I didn't want to live in London anymore, I decided I was going to stop taking drugs and stop drinking and I went to Thailand with my wife, an acoustic guitar and a little tape recorder. We did a bit of mooching around, visiting temples and all that stuff. Not that we're spiritual or religious in any way, just to check it out. They are f***ing fantastic. I was coming out of the biggest hangover i've ever had - 14 years. I'd look up and down the beach and think, 'Yeah, i do love my wife, i do love myself and life is f***ing good, man. It's not all sex drugs and rock 'n' roll.' You're around all these really spiritual people and it's... there's a line in the song, 'My spirit has been purified', there you go. Old hippy bastard!
It started off really slow. I had the melody and arrangement and it was quite Beta Band-ish. Then I went to New York with my missus. She was doing... f***ing shopping or summat, so I tagged along with a guitar. I would go out walking at night to try and get the vibe, and come back and play it faster and faster. That city is just the f***ing most fantastic place. I was carried away with the energy of it. When I came back to England, it was like, 'I've got it now'. So it's got a sort of New York vibe. |

Slowly Growing On Me..., 21/06/2007, by jcof0689 |
| i thought this was a pile of shit the first time i heard it, now i will say its an average song, not good enough to be a single but beter than a b-side, it just drags a bit too much altough liam does a good vocal job and stent did a good job producing it, the rest is average on it though |

Underrated song, 04/03/2007, by illinoize88 |
| This is a very good song that gets slagged off for some reason. I don't know, it has grown on me...I love playing it on acoustic late at night. |

Low point?!, 12/11/2006, by jonesy_mad4it |
| No way a low point of the album. Bit slow like but Little James has gotta be the low point. Sounds quite good live at Wembley n all |
